Operations Officer-Entry Level

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Operations Officer to join our back-office operations team, providing support to retail store locations across the United States. This position involves coordinating operational and maintenance activities, liaising with vendors and store personnel, and ensuring efficient day-to-day support for retail operations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance requests and operational support functions for U.S.-based retail stores.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and store representatives regarding service requests and status updates.
  • Track maintenance tickets and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Follow up with vendors on service completion, invoicing, and compliance-related requirements.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative and back-office operational activities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and help maintain service quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to work night shifts according to U.S. market hours.
  • Effective coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Previous experience in operations, customer support, or vendor management is an advantage.

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi
Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
