Operations Officer – (Night Shift)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused, and dependable Operations Executive to oversee and support night shift operations for our U.S.-based facilities. This onsite role requires strong English communication skills, excellent coordination capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless overnight operations, effectively managing escalations, and coordinating with field teams and vendors across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage operational activities for U.S.-based facilities during night hours to maintain continuous operations.
• Address operational issues or emergencies promptly, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Monitor, update, and close operational tasks or work orders using internal systems.
• Maintain comprehensive records of nightly activities, including escalations and resolutions.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports highlighting completed tasks, ongoing concerns, and key action items to ensure smooth transition to the day team.
• Oversee vendor performance, budgets, compliance requirements, and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across different time zones.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
• Prior experience in operations, coordination, or remote management roles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle unexpected situations effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational systems.
