The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and supporting efficient service delivery. The role requires regular fieldwork; therefore, a valid car and motorcycle license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
- Supervise field staff and ensure timely task completion.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections as required.
- Transport documents, equipment, or personnel when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Assist in logistics planning and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or field coordination.
- Valid car and motorcycle driving license (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field-based responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
