Operations & Personal Assistant (Part-Time) – Fast-Growing Dog Training Business

Position Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and daily flow of our facility while also assisting the owner with light personal and operational tasks.

This is a high-trust, high-standard position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys staying busy.

ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations (Primary)

• Daily cleaning of training and boarding areas
• Sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces
• Laundry (dog bedding, towels, etc.)
• Trash removal and general facility upkeep
• Keeping all areas organized and client-ready

Support Tasks (Secondary)

• Meal preparation (simple, routine-based)
• Running occasional errands
• Assisting with organization and daily setup/reset
• Miscellaneous tasks to support smooth operations

Requirements

• Highly reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail (cleanliness is critical)
• Self-starter who can work without constant supervision
• Physically able to be on your feet and active
• Positive attitude and coachable
• Takes pride in doing things the right way

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or similar work
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Organized and efficient with time

Schedule

• 15–25 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling, but consistency is important
• Some weekend availability preferred
