Job Description


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Planner to bridge the connection between customer demand, production execution, and logistical processes. This role is crucial for ensuring production efficiency, material availability, and strict compliance with delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Planning: Convert customer orders into detailed and accurate production and finished goods delivery schedules to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Inventory & Materials Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels and execute the purchasing process for raw materials (PO creation, delivery follow-up, and managing escalations).
  • Logistics & Trade Compliance: Manage daily import and export activities, including documentation preparation and coordination, ensuring full adherence to international trade regulations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between plant operations (production, quality, logistics) and commercial teams (Sales, Customer Service) for status updates and issue resolution.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Actively lead and conduct regular safety and quality audits/inspections, documenting findings and driving corrective actions to maintain high operational standards.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze statistical data related to quality, losses, and production parameters to support continuous improvement and daily operations meetings.

Qualifications


What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a planning or supply chain role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Highly accurate, organized, and proactive individual with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong logistical insight, and knowledge of reporting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Work Style: Demonstrated ability to make quick, rational decisions and manage responsibilities effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Turkish and English (written and verbal min C1 level).
