About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Operations & Project Manager to manage day-to-day operations in an interior design and renovation company. The role involves coordinating projects, clients, suppliers and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across active projects
  • Coordinate between clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams
  • Monitor project timelines, materials, budgets and progress
  • Arrange deliveries, approvals, schedules and site requirements
  • Track payments and update project cost sheets
  • Prepare reports on project status, progress and challenges
  • Ensure work is delivered according to scope, quality and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Experience in interior design, fit-out or construction projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
  • UAE driving licence preferred
  • Responsible, disciplined and proactive

What We Offer:

  • Salary: depends on experience
  • Additional incentives per successful project
  • Bonus per project (after client payment and successful handover)

3–5% of project profit depending on project size

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
