Position Description
The Operations Quality Control Coordinator is a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion and talent for working with others. The coordinator will perform systematic monitoring, prepare compliance reports, evaluate programs, services and procedures to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. The coordinator provides forecast and guidance information for performance goals, works in partnership with Workforce System staff and communicates with all levels of management, both internally and externally. Success measures for this position include reliability, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with diverse populations.
Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in development of risk assessment methodology, plan and monitoring approach for internal monitoring.

Perform timely monitoring of work quality, integrity of information, customer service and compliance with Workforce Solutions Standards and Guidelines and provides written reports of findings.

Conduct follow-up to monitoring for corrections and improvement.

Provide technical assistance as needed.

Collaborates and communicates effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external.

Presents data in charts, graphs, tables, provide forecast and guidance information for performance goals, and presents conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical tools.

Ensures activities and functions are aligned with the annual and long-term goals of Workforce Solutions.

Provides technical assistance to staff members as deficiencies are detected.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Services, Quality Assurance, preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience working in quality control, compliance monitoring, program evaluation, workforce development, or a related area preferred.

Experience working with Workforce Solutions, workforce development programs, or similar regulatory environments preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of compliance standards, monitoring practices, and risk assessment methodologies.

Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines accurately.

Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and present data using charts, graphs, tables, and basic statistical tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, internal teams, and external partners.

High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and technical assistance to staff.
