Operations Scheduler

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities, with a focus on scheduling, customer communication, and resource coordination and logistics. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily work schedules for our tree care crews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing updates, responding to inquiries, and explaining schedule plans.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors and tree crews to ensure accurate communication of job details and resource availability.
  • Track job progress and crew performance, generating reports to support business goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the allocation and scheduling of equipment, personnel, and materials.
  • Adjust schedules and dispatch in real-time to accommodate weather delays or operational changes.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone and email communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Business Suite is a plus.
  • Tree care services or the green industry is a plus.
