Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily work schedules for our tree care crews.

Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing updates, responding to inquiries, and explaining schedule plans.

Collaborate with field supervisors and tree crews to ensure accurate communication of job details and resource availability.

Track job progress and crew performance, generating reports to support business goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Manage the allocation and scheduling of equipment, personnel, and materials.

Adjust schedules and dispatch in real-time to accommodate weather delays or operational changes.
Qualifications

Strong phone and email communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with CRM systems (preferred).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Business Suite is a plus.

Tree care services or the green industry is a plus.
