Overview
The Operations & Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager plays a dual leadership role supporting both the COO and Director of Supply Chain Management. This position serves as a key liaison between Operations, HQ, and cross-functional teams, driving effective communication, strategic projects, and operational efficiency.
You will lead high-impact initiatives, oversee purchasing and inventory control, and ensure continuous improvement in cost reduction and productivity.
Responsibilities
1. COO Support & Strategic Projects
· Serve as the primary support to the COO for all communications, presentations, and reports to HQ and executive leadership.
· Develop, consolidate, and distribute weekly/monthly operational reports for COO review with the CEO and HQ.
· Lead multi-functional teams on special projects assigned by the COO, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
· Perform advanced data analysis and mining across systems (SAP, Web Tools, internal databases) to support strategic decision-making.
· Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain consistent alignment with company objectives.
· Perform additional duties and initiatives as assigned by the COO.
2. Supply Chain Management & Inventory Control
· Support the Director of SCM by managing all aspects of inventory control and purchasing operations.
· Oversee and guide the Purchasing Team, ensuring procurement activities align with production schedules and cost targets.
· Administer and report Cycle Count performance across all inventory categories (Finished Goods, WIPs, Packaging Materials, Raw Materials, Bulk, Bases).
· Monitor inventory aging and develop actionable plans to minimize obsolete or slow-moving stock.
· Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to achieve the company’s Total Cost Reduction (TCR) KPI targets.
· Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) throughout supply chain activities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration required.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations within a manufacturing environment.
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP ERP experience.
· Strong understanding of production planning and warehouse management systems.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create executive-level reports and visual presentations.
· Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Korean) — written and verbal.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Demonstrated team leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of cGMP and GDP standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
