Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for managing and administering the Musaned Training Platform, including onboarding and verifying training providers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality platform content and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the training platform.

Review and approve training providers based on CR, legal status, and requirements.

Communicate with providers to support registration, login setup, and platform usage.

Review and approve training center profiles (logo, facility images, information).

Review, approve, edit, or reject training programs and published content.

Ensure all data and content meet Musaned standards and quality requirements.

Monitor platform performance and provider activity.

Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Accreditation, Marketing).

Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.

Identify improvements to enhance platform operations and user experience.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

2-3 years of experience.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in platforms or training sector is a plus.
