Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead, operate, and continuously improve Projects and centers delivering educational, diagnostic, rehabilitative, and residential services to target beneficiaries.

Manage and optimize end-to-end service delivery processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and beneficiary needs.

Manage project delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and approved budgets.

Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations, monitor project implementation progress, and oversee operational budgets, cash flow, and cost controls.

Lead risk management, business continuity, and operational readiness initiatives across all service locations.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between operations, service planning, finance, HR, and compliance functions.

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to internal teams.

Maintain & present operational performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations to executive management.
Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree (Master’s degree is preferred )

Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in operations and service delivery management, with minimum experience 5 years in leadership position.

Demonstrated experience in multi-site operations, project management, contract management, and client relationship management.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage complex operations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
