We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team.  This is a role with opportunities for candidates who want to truly empower their career and join a growing firm.  This position is focused on relationship building and maintenance of clients, prospects and the Arbor team.  The goal is to work as a cohesive unit from start to finish to onboard, implement and service clients while collaborating with other professionals to meet client needs. Listening, understanding and helping to achieve clients’ desired goals is the mission while providing personalized and tailored solutions for each client individually. This position requires consistent in-office attendance (35-hour weeks) with an option for minimal remote work after proficiency is obtained.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring all client needs are promptly and accurately addressed.
  • Review and respond to all correspondence, promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to resolution.
  • Open and close accounts. Process transfers, money movement requests, and various other paperwork as needed or requested. Proactively address and follow-through on client service requests.
  • Execute trades.
  • Establish and maintain client files to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • As needed, serve as front office support, including welcoming clients and visitors to the office, answering and addressing calls appropriately.


Requirement and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Completed college coursework in conjunction with work experience will also be considered.
  • 1-2 years' experience in finance or any related field, including billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
  • Experience with various investment technologies preferable.
