Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as a key liaison between clients, headquarters, and internal departments.

2. Prepare, organize, and manage customer contracts, financial documents, and quotations.

3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, factory shipping departments, and domestic Sales Associates (SA) to track order fulfillment and shipment processes.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and track the company's digital media accounts in Turkey.

5. Ensure smooth communication and operational flow for all assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a Turkish national.

2. Turkish language proficiency is mandatory.

3. Basic knowledge of English or Chinese is required.

4. Bachelor's degree is preferred; an Associate's degree is acceptable.
