Operations Specialist:

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented operations specialist to manage daily transportation activities, coordinate and ensure smooth shipment execution, timely deliveries, and effective communication between vendors, internal teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate pick‑ups and deliveries of containers with the sales team and align containers movement accordingly.

· Ensure timely dispatch of cargo to avoid delays and penalties.

· Coordinate with drivers for timely container movements.

· Follow up on shipments, update stakeholders, and resolve delays or issues.

· Ensure timely arrival of containers and stuffing for smooth processing of custom clearance.

· Coordinate with the team at the yards for container repair and maintenance and check the availability of containers.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred but not mandatory).

· 2–4 years of experience in transport coordination or logistics operations.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
