Position Overview

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to strengthen our internal operations with reporting across support and implementation. This role is designed to augment reporting capabilities — particularly in technical issue resolution and report development.

The ideal candidate is technically capable, detail-oriented, and interested in developing deep expertise in the role.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 DOQ

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Project Support

  • Support implementation efforts through task execution and coordination.
  • Assist with data setup, validation, and configuration.
  • Track implementation tasks, timelines, and customer dependencies.

· Follow up with customers for required information and next steps.

Technical Support

  • Serve as an operations resource, handling internal and external requests.
  • Identify application issues and data inconsistencies.
  • Investigate issues using logs, SQL queries, and internal tools.
  • Collaborate within the Operations team to triage bugs and track resolutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term fixes and documentation.
  • Contribute to the success of implementation and development teams.

Reporting & Data Support

  • Build, modify, and maintain customer and internal reports.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting needs. Bonus for basic knowledge of C# and Active Reports.
  • Take ownership of report-related support tickets and enhancements.
  • Assist with new report development during implementations.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, performant, and clearly documented.
  • Partner with implementation and support teams to standardize reporting conventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a software implementations, support, operations, reporting, or other technical role.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (reading, writing, and troubleshooting).
  • Experience building or supporting reports (Active Reports or similar tools preferred).
  • Basic understanding of C# or willingness to learn.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional, service-oriented communication style.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Performance:

This position will be evaluated on:

  • Time to task on implementations
  • Customer Success evaluations
  • Proficiency and efficiency of software and product implementation
