Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist in the Supply Chain department plays a key role in

supporting end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics,

inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and

efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain, driving operational

excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Order Management & Fulfillment

• Coordinate sales and purchase orders across departments
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or internal
  
  

departments.

• Resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays proactively
  
  

 Inventory & Logistics

• Monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal stock without overstocking
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for inbound/outbound shipments
• Assist in cycle counting and stocktaking processes
  
  

 Supplier & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers for order confirmations, shipping documentation,
  
  

and ETAs.

• Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements
  
  

 Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for supply chain KPIs
• Analyze trends in delays, stock-outs, or process inefficiencies
  
  

 Process Improvement

• Participate in projects to streamline supply chain operations
• Support digitization, automation, and agile practices within the
  
  

department.

 Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and
  
  

regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
  
  

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business

Administration, or a related field.

 2+ years of experience in supply chain or operations preferred.

 Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and tools.

 Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain software.

 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
