Key Responsibilities

Record initial admission of received products in the system and create order IDs for further processing

Update and manage orders electronically in a timely manner

Manage inventory both electronically and physically

Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to service provision for different products

Create outbound entries for orders ready for dispatch

Maintain active communication with sales, logistics, and invoicing departments

Communicate with clients for additional permissions required for extra work beyond initial approvals

Resolve customer queries related to services, provide updates on product status, and handle relevant communication
