Job Title: Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operational processes. Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of import and export documentation are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about operational excellence and contributing to a dynamic logistics environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Self-Verification of invoice & packing list with import Bill of entries (within 180 days from Import date & Goodpack containers declaration under 104/94).

• Communication with CHA / Transporters and consignees for effective collection and service delivery.

• Checking re-export documents and sharing the same with CHA for filing shipping bill.

• Effective communication with HQ team for issues related to shipping line or forwarder.

• System Updation.

• Reports and MIS Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience preferably with customs documentation and record keeping.

• Should have sound knowledge related to Import and Export documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Words and Powerpoint.

• Proficiency in SAP

• Dedicated, meticulous with strong analytical skills
