Operations Specialist, Vehicle Registration

The Operations Specialist Vehicle Registration Support role is responsible for vehicle registrations for the assigned country. This role is expected to work cross-functionally with Sales & Delivery teams to ensure a timely, efficient, and smooth transaction for all customer deliveries. This role will also support fleet registrations as needed and any other admin function to support the manager/team.

• Manage all aspects of the vehicle registration process to ensure vehicles are registered in a timely manner and in line with local requirements.
• Responsible to register Tesla owned fleet vehicles, related to marketing, press, service, as well as arranging the insurance.
• Coordinate with Sales & Delivery and Order Operations to process pre-delivery and day of delivery documents accurately.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
• Conduct all business dealings in a way that creates a superior ownership experience.
