We are looking for Operations Specialist/ Senior Operations Specialist from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team.

✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Analysis of financial documents such as credit reports or annual financial statements
• Analyze the clients' financial data
• Controlling and collecting merchants’ documents.
• Prepare necessary reports or information to management to take decision
• Making verification processes of KYC, KPS, GIB, etc.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Work closely with product, sales, customer support and fraud teams.
• Review merchant performance, publicly available information, and/or commercial credit tools to conduct detailed investigations into merchant supportability

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• To use MS Office programs efficiently
• To have analytical thinking, research, inquiry, and problem-solving abilities; to possess knowledge of data collection and reporting; and to have effective written and verbal communication skills
• To be knowledgeable about project management
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Listening different perspectives and building collaboration
