External Marketplace Operation Specialist

In the fast-paced dynamic environment of Decathlon Turkey, we are now looking for an External Marketplace Operation Specialist!

You will join our Marketplace Team and will be responsible for giving customers the best shopping experience on marketplace channels.

This role is key to Decathlon's marketplace growth, focusing on enhancing visibility, driving commerce, ensuring operational excellence and managing product listings, all while aligning with strategic business opportunities.

• Has strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making.
• Has a good level of English.

What are your responsibilities?

• Participate in the marketplace commercial policy and ensure the achievement of economic targets.
• Analyze sales performance with a focus on turnover and profitability.
• Manage budgeted commercial actions like advertising and campaigns to boost sales, with the goal of increasing marketplace awareness, traffic, and optimizing financial profitability.
• Coordinate all processes to ensure successful product listing in marketplaces, managing correct category and content information to organize end-to-end operational processes.
• Manage the processes of operational metrics (orders, returns, pricing, invoices, etc.) across integrator and sales channels.
• Additionally, contribute to system improvements and support customer relations units when necessary.
