Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy
E-commerce Specialist
to manage and grow our online sales channels in Turkey. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online marketplace management. This role involves optimizing product listings, managing relationships with e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to drive online revenue and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (company website, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, ÇiçekSepeti, Amazon Turkey, and other local marketplaces).

Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and conversions.

Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and coordinate with logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Plan and execute SEO and PPC strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

Develop and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal discounts, and special offers.

Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to improve performance.

Manage relationships with local marketplace partners and ensure compliance with platform policies.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay competitive.

Track and report key performance metrics, including sales, ROI, and customer engagement.

Manage Mova’s online presence & omnichannel activities: oversee and enhance the company’s digital presence by managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content, scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries, and running social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and online sales.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving e-commerce performance.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of online marketplaces in Turkey (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, etc.).

Experience in SEO, PPC, and online advertising campaigns.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce analytics tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing e-commerce operations in Turkey’s leading platforms.

Knowledge of social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital campaign management.

Familiarity with Turkish consumer behavior and e-commerce trends.
