Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage staff and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the assigned department or facility.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching or training when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address client concerns effectively.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and achieve operational goals.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.
