Operations Supervisor

· Update daily farm product requirements based on demand and stock levels.

· Communicate shortage quantities to the Sales Coordinator on priority.

· Manage procurement of non-fresh items such as packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other operational consumables.

· Confirm daily orders in the CRM system and ensure timely processing.

· Oversee delivery order confirmations, ensuring accuracy and readiness for dispatch.

· Ensure customer returns are verified, recorded, and communicated to relevant teams.

· Perform quality checks on all outward items, including packaging quality and product freshness.

· Monitor wastage during packaging and operations, ensuring proper recording and reduction strategies.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing facility, chiller, and storage areas.

· Ensure full compliance with ISO 22000 documentation and food safety practices.

· Collaborate with the Farm Manager to resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

§ Supervise packaging and operational staff, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.

§ Conduct staff training on sorting, handling, hygiene, and operational procedures.

§ Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

§ Prepare and share operational reports, wastage reports, and other data with management.

§ Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

§ Support recycling and waste management initiatives in the facility.

§ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in fresh produce, F&B, food trading, or farm operations.

§ Strong understanding of packaging operations, cold-chain handling, and quality standards.

§ Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.

§ Knowledge of ISO 22000 or other food safety standards preferred.

§ Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
