Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize the daily operations of our organization. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth execution of activities, drive process improvements, and lead a team of operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of activities

- Analyze and improve operational systems and processes

- Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

- Lead, guide, and develop the operational team

- Identify and resolve operational issues

- Prepare regular operational reports for management review

- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

- 2-3years of experience in operations management

- Proven understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics operations

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
