Operations Supervisor

Job Title: Operations Supervisor – Holiday Homes

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our holiday homes portfolio in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in short-term rentals, excellent customer service skills, and solid knowledge of platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of holiday homes to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest stays
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections to maintain high property standards
• Manage guest communications and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach
• Monitor and update listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local holiday home regulations
• Conduct property inspections and prepare operational reports
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and building management
• Handle escalations and ensure high guest satisfaction and review scores

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday homes / short-term rentals in the UAE
• Strong working knowledge of Airbnb and Booking.com
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple units and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PMS or channel managers
• Knowledge of Dubai holiday homes regulations
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
