Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring that project execution aligns with the planned schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role involves managing field teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure seamless project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Site Supervision: Oversee and direct all on-site operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to technical specifications.
  • Workflow Optimization: Monitor project timelines and adjust daily work plans to overcome any bottlenecks or delays, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Team & Subcontractor Management: Lead and motivate site teams while coordinating effectively with subcontractors to ensure harmonious workflow and high performance.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and ensure all works meet the company's quality benchmarks.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the distribution of materials, tools, and equipment on-site to minimize waste and prevent project downtime.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to project managers, highlighting achievements, challenges, and required resources.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in site operations or project supervision, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project schedules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management software.
