Position: Operations Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily transport operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and management. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to manage logistics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities and fleet operations
- Monitor driver attendance, duty schedules, and performance
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of vehicles as per client requirements
- Maintain communication with drivers and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE traffic laws, and safety regulations
- Track vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with HR and accounts for attendance and payroll support
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in transport or logistics operations (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Technical & Other Requirements:
- Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with transport management systems (TMS) is an advantage
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and handle email communication
- Driving License:
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Skills & Competencies:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and locations is an advantage
