What you’ll do:
The Supervisor – Assets will be responsible for end-to-end management of operational assets across delivery operations and store locations. This includes procurement, inventory tracking, distribution, and lifecycle management of assets across last-mile operations. The role requires a highly execution-focused individual with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
1. Asset Procurement & Planning

Manage procurement of delivery and store-related assets in line with operational requirements

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing

Forecast asset requirements based on business demand and expansion plans
2. Inventory Management
-
Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all assets across warehouses and store locations
-
Implement and enforce inventory control processes and audit mechanisms
-
Minimize losses, discrepancies, and idle inventory through proactive monitoring
3. Warehouse & Store Asset Operations
-
Oversee asset handling across warehouses and store-level operations
-
Ensure proper storage, allocation, and movement of assets
-
Standardize processes for asset issuance, returns, and replacements
4. Distribution (First Mile & Last Mile)
-
Manage the distribution of assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates
-
Optimize logistics for efficient asset movement and utilization
5. Asset Lifecycle Management

Monitor asset utilization, maintenance, and end-of-life processes
-
Drive repair, refurbishment, and replacement strategies
-
Maintain complete records of asset history and movement
6. Process & Strategy
-
Develop and implement scalable systems for asset tracking and management

Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
-
Leverage data to inform decisions and optimize inventory levels
What you'll need:

2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations
-
Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store-level assets
-
Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement and distribution
-
Experience in managing first-mile and last-mile logistics is preferred
-
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is a preferred
