Deeply understand the referral campaign plan from management and break it down into actionable steps and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Monitor key metrics in real-time (e.g., sharing rate, click-through rate, lead conversion rate) and independently manage campaign promotion through social media and user communication.
After Campaign:
Collect firsthand feedback from users (e.g., engagement levels, issues encountered), compile data, and write campaign summary reports with optimization suggestions for management.
Data Monitoring & Analysis Reporting
Description:
Monitor the core data metrics of the referral business, identify operational issues through data analysis, and regularly report on business progress and insights to your superior.

Map out the entire user journey from initial contact to a successful referral, identifying efficiency bottlenecks.

Explore and introduce tools (e.g., AI tools) that can enhance individual and future team efficiency.
Cross-departmental Coordination & Info Sync
Description:
Act as the key point of contact for local business in Egypt, maintaining close communication with teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure smooth information flow, collaborate on resolving user issues, and enhance the overall user experience.

Liaise with Sales:
Regularly communicate with the Sales team to understand the quality of referral leads and their subsequent conversion status, adjusting operational focus based on feedback.
Feedback Loop:
Collect and accurately relay product or experience issues encountered by users during referral campaigns to the Product and Tech teams.

Keep up-to-date with the company's latest policies, marketing activities, and product updates to ensure consistent external communication.
Daily Team Management & Coaching
Description:
As the business grows, you will be responsible for the recruiting, daily management, task assignment, training, and performance coaching of the Referral Specialist team, fostering a positive and proactive team culture.

Set daily goals, track key metrics, and provide real-time guidance and support to team members.

Conduct weekly meetings to review performance and share best practices; hold brief one-on-one sessions with each team member.

Job Requirements
3+ years
of experience in user growth, community operations, or marketing, with
at least 1 year
of team management experience (experience as a senior member mentoring junior colleagues is also considered).
Excellent execution skills, with the ability to lead a team (or work independently) to implement strategies effectively and take accountability for business results.
Familiar with core user growth methodologies, with hands-on experience in areas like viral marketing, community management, or referral programs.
Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, capable of identifying problems through data and driving basic optimizations. Proficient in using office software such as Excel.
Excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in
Mandarin Chinese
is a significant plus (highly preferred).
