Operations Supervisor – Ticketing & Travel Operations

Legend World Travel & Tourism is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor with strong expertise in air ticketing and travel operations to lead and manage daily operational activities.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in handling ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, itinerary management, supplier coordination, and team supervision within the travel & tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily travel operations, ensuring all bookings, ticketing, itinerary changes, and travel arrangements are handled accurately and efficiently
• Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Supervise and train operations staff while maintaining a productive work environment
• Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries for clients
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and service quality
• Monitor booking accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel policies
• Handle travel disruptions, cancellations, rebooking, and urgent operational issues professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in Travel & Tourism Operations
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, reissuance, refunds, and GDS systems
• Experience in supervising operations or ticketing teams
• Excellent problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel changes
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
