Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to be based at Mundra Port, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing container operations, client coordination, and smooth execution of transport-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and smooth delivery of containers.
• Arrange vehicles from the market for container movement as per client requirements.
• Liaise with CHA (Custom House Agents) for documentation and clearance activities.
• Supervise daily operations at Mundra Port, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships with transporters and service providers.
• Handle on-ground operational challenges and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare daily operational reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations within the transportation/logistics industry (preferably container transportation).
• Strong knowledge of port operations, CHA coordination, and container logistics.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to arrange vehicles from the market and manage vendor negotiations.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong leadership and team management abilities.

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Operations specialization preferred).
