JOB TITLE: Operations Support Analyst – Basic (Sensors Watch Officer)
CLEARANCE: Must have a SECRET security clearance
LOCATION: Colorado Springs, CO
REPORTS TO: SABG Program Manager
FLSA STATUS: Regular Full-Time Exempt
SUMMARY: SABG is Hiring a Basic Sensors Watch Officer (SWO) to support the Sensors (MDA/TBS) Watch in Colorado Springs. We are seeking dedicated personnel for this unique position with a rotating shift schedule. Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes 7 days of 12-hour shifts, alternating dayshift and nightshift.
SALARY RANGE:

SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Capable of providing support for Programmatic and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements. Has specialized relevant knowledge, works as a member of team, and assists with solving complex problems. Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes 7 days of 12-hour shifts, alternating dayshift and nightshift.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
CLEARANCE: Must have an active SECRET security clearance.
COMPETENCIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to write and type on a computer. Watch Officers work a rotating shift schedule which includes 7 days of 12 hour shifts alternating dayshift and nightshift.
