This position is remote.
Job Description:
In this role, the desired candidate will express the ability to clearly and efficiently communicate and retrieve important information to update records. The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail and great organizational skills. Works well with customers and team members.
Job Requirements:
  • Successfully complete company provided Locate training program and pass all required testing if applicable.
  • Ability to use company provided equipment and technology to accurately capture data upon locate ticket creation
  • Track responses via email and input data into company database.
  • Ability to read maps, compare source data and work orders to determine locate needed.
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
  • Ability to communicate / interact daily with managers and crews, to discuss locate issues.
  • Interpret job order tickets for accurate location and maintain accuracy of requests.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Position Requirements:
  • Experience in Data Entry/clerk/ receptionist/call center
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language is required.
