Operations & Support Executive – Social Media, After Sales & Stock Control

We are looking for a responsible, english fluent, organized, and motivated individual to manage basic social media posting, plan And help content team for shoots & undertake after-sales support, quality checks, and stock keeping for our electric mobility and automotive business.

This is a multi-skilled role for someone who enjoys operations, coordination, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Social Media & Marketing Support

Post product updates, offers, and workshop content

Basic content creation (photos, videos, captions)

Reply to basic customer inquiries

Coordinate leads with sales team

2) After Sales & Quality Control

Coordinate after-sales service & repairs

Perform basic product quality checks

Track repairs, service records & warranty cases

Follow up with customers after service

3) Stock & Operations Management

Maintain stock records

Track incoming & outgoing inventory

Coordinate with suppliers & technicians

Ensure organized stock storage and post stocks on platforms

Requirements:

Basic social media handling experience (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)

Good communication skills (English required, Hindi/Urdu is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Experience in operations / admin / customer support preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
