As the Operations Support Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the TASMU Platform, lead a team of technical experts, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain system availability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the TASMU Platform, ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor and optimize resources across Azure and Google Cloud environments.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the operations and support team, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth integration and support.
Incident & Security Management
- Develop and manage incident response and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor system health, capacity, and performance metrics.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency improvements.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare performance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Azure tools.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
- Support ITIL best practices and service management standards.

Cloud Operations & Observability:
- Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights

- SymphonyAI ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change, CMDB, Discovery/Event Management)
- Microsoft Teams (for incident collaboration and reviews)
Reporting & Analytics:
- Power BI, Azure Workbooks, Excel (Power Query), SharePoint, Confluence
Governance & FinOps:
- Azure Resource Graph, Azure Cost Management + Billing
- Service Discovery & CMDB
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations management, preferably with cloud-based platforms (Azure or GCP).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, IaC, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect
- ITIL Certification
