As our Operations Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our sales and installation operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and tracking sales orders from initiation to completion.
• Verifying order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently sourcing and purchasing specialty parts and hardware.
• Providing excellent phone support and managing inquiries.
• Scheduling and confirming customer appointments with precision.
• Securing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Handling essential documentation, including obtaining, preparing, and scanning.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• Remarkably organized with an unwavering commitment to detail.
• Professional in conduct and presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Familiar with invoicing and order entry processes.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and consistently punctual.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday) 8:30AM-4:30PM

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
