SUM M A R Y:
ESSENTI A L DUTIE S A ND RESPONSIBILITIE S :
Under supervision the individual in this role is expected to:
Input information accurately from a variety of sources into computer database or applications to support time and expense entry, work management, invoicing, AP, expense reconciliations or and other processes as assigned.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying. May serve as the receptionist for the Pike Engineering facility.
Run reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completeness and correctness
Arrange employee engagement activities in the office.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails as directed
Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments; maintain the master calendar of in-house meetings and manage employee calendars & availability
Support company and client sponsored events by organizing and scheduling catering, facilities, restaurants, or other vendors as necessary.
Maintain a variety of general administrative reports and databases including fleet, phone lists, storm rosters, occupancy and PPE assignment.
Cost-effectively monitor and order office supplies as required
Assist with new employee on-boarding process
Assist with maintaining fleet vehicles with coordinating and managing maintenance appointments and tracking mileage. Outfitting fleet vehicles with required up-to-date equipment.
Perform other dutiesas assigned by management.

EDU C A T ION
Required High school degree or GED.
Preferred Associates degree (AA or equivalent from tw o - y e ar college or technical school).
EXPERIENCE
0-1 Year(s) Experience in similar support role or performing general administrative duties. Familiarity with utility or engineering office operations is preferred.
L A NGU A G E SKILL S :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operational procedures, etc.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
M A THE M A T IC A L SKILL S :

A. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
