Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation in Engineering preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a leadership or senior technical support role.

Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication is a must.

Shift: 8 hours (Rotational)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of Technical Support Engineers, providing objective, goal-oriented support for resolving complex technical issues.

Deliver all departmental KPIs, managing service levels and team productivity to meet or exceed international benchmarks.

Handle high-level escalated calls and utilize advanced problem-solving skills to resolve intricate customer problems.

Lead and motivate the team to reach optimum performance; manage rosters, attendance, and resolve internal conflicts.

Conduct regular technical coaching sessions to ensure the team maintains a deep grip on product architecture and troubleshooting protocols.
