Operations Team Lead- (Plastic Industry)

Job Title: Operations incharge/Team lead - Plastic industry (PC - poly carbonate sheet)

Responsibilities:

• Management of plant operations, finance, procurement, forecasting.
• Taking all major decisions about the plant functioning, equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
• Optimizing profit while considering the lifetime of the plant & the operation period.
• Monitoring the quality and standards of products produced by the plant.
• Providing leadership, coordination and coaching to the plant and operational team.
• Carrying out regular health and safety inspections.
• Developing and training existing and new employee for smooth operations to take care of total operations.
• Redesign of packing systems and processes towards reduction of product cost.
• Developed new recipes for better utilization of reprocess materials without affecting the quality of products. This leads a good cost saving initiative in the plant.
• Development and up gradation of systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
• Miniumum 7 years of experience
• Experience into Operations for manufacturing / production of Plastic ( import and export)
• ERP experience Microsoft Dynamics AX 365
