Overview

CB&I is seeking a Graduate Engineer (UAE National) to join our Operations team. This role is designed for fresh Emirati graduates who are eager to begin their professional careers, gain practical industry exposure, and develop core engineering competencies through structured on‑the‑job training, mentoring, and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to key functional deliverables such as calculations, drawings, reports, and technical presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and problem-solving
• Participate in rotational assignments that may require temporary relocation to fabrication shops, project sites, or corporate offices
• Apply engineering principles to real-world challenges in both field and office environments
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek opportunities to support project progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Welding) or Construction Management
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Eligible to work and willing to relocate as needed
• Internship or work experience in construction, engineering, or design preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings and adapt to changing priorities
