Operations with Leading Hedge Fund (UAE)

OCR Alpha is partnered with a global, multi-billion-dollar hedge fund that is seeking an experienced Trade Operations professional to join its rapidly expanding Abu Dhabi office.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals already based in the UAE, as well as UK-based professionals looking to relocate to the Middle East. Full relocation support will be provided.

You will play a key role within the wider operations function, working closely with portfolio managers to ensure accurate trade capture and management of lifecycle events. The position also carries strong exposure to project work and process improvement, so an analytical, solutions-oriented mindset is essential.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in middle office / trade operations, with multi-asset exposure and, ideally, buy-side or hedge fund experience. The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail will be critical.
