We’re looking for an Operations Personnel who can own the day-to-day execution — someone who thrives under pressure, doesn’t wait for instructions, and knows how to make things move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations between production, design, and site teams
  • Track project timelines, materials, and deliveries — ensure zero delays
  • Supervise warehouse works, and logistics where needed
  • Communicate clearly with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain checklists and ensure quality standards on all ongoing jobs
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site or in the workshop and provide solutions fast
  • Support the Production Manager in planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Keep control of inventory and assist with procurement follow-ups

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or exhibition industries
  • Strong understanding of production flow, materials, and site coordination
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be proactive, accountable, and reliable — if you need micromanaging, this isn’t for you

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
