Operations & Scheduling Coordinator

Pay: Starting$16.50/hr → $18/hr after 90 days (performance-based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–2:00pm (must be available for occasional extended hours as needed)
Location: In-office

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive team member to help run daily operations for our Reno location from our Utah office.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be a key part of keeping the day running smoothly. If you like staying busy, solving problems, and being on the phone helping customers—this is a great fit.

Primary Focus

Dispatch, calls, and scheduling are the core responsibilities of this role.

What You’ll Do

Daily Operations

  • Lead morning dispatch to get all teams set up for the day
  • Build and adjust schedules
  • Handle same-day changes, cancellations, and open spots
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed

Calls & Sales

  • Answer inbound calls and book services
  • Handle second string/overflow calls
  • Follow up with customers and leads

Team Support

  • Communicate with cleaning Pros throughout the day
  • Track attendance and flag issues

Office Support

  • Manage daily laundry
  • Support in-office training
  • Maintain office and warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Back up Utah operations when needed

  • Move to the next priority when tasks are complete
