Operator

Job Summary:
The Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Complete daily production logs and reports accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an operator or in a similar role (preferred).
• Basic mechanical or technical knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift materials as needed
