Operator - Extrusion

Printech Packages (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Blown Film Extruder Operator to operate and manage blown film extrusion lines for the production of high-quality plastic films. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with multilayer blown film machines and strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blown film extrusion machines.
• Monitor film thickness, width, and quality during production.
• Adjust temperature, air pressure, and machine parameters as required.
• Ensure proper raw material mixing and feeding.
• Identify and resolve machine or product defects.
• Maintain daily production logs and quality reports.
• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team when required.
• Follow safety procedures and company SOPs strictly.

Requirements

• DAE / Technical Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in blown film extrusion (mono or multilayer).
• Strong knowledge of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE materials.
• Understanding of thickness control, bubble stability, and die settings.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
