As an Operator Channel Sales Manager at Xiaomi Turkey, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy through effective management and expansion of our operator channel partnerships. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with key operators, overseeing the execution of channel sales initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
3 years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of success in managing operator partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the telco landscape and familiarity with the unique dynamics of operator channel sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with operators and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Results-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability and a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team towards achieving collective goals.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
