Timing: 11 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Fri)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and energetic female candidate to support daily operations. The role focuses on HR coordination, administrative work, and managing Monday.com boards. You’ll work directly with the Head of Operations and help keep workflows smooth and structured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing follow-ups
  • Maintaining HR records and updating basic documentation
  • Updating and organizing Monday.com boards (tasks, statuses, workflows)
  • Handling daily admin tasks, data entry, and simple reporting
  • Coordinating with team members for smooth operations
  • Assisting in office communication and basic task tracking

Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Quick learner, tech-friendly, and logical thinking
  • Positive attitude, team player, and comfortable in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
