GrowthRise Solutions, a distinguished B2B consulting firm, is recruiting on behalf of one of our esteemed clients in the finance sector. Our client manages financial operations for a portfolio of over 250 corporate clients, handling monthly transactions through Stripe, bank transfers, and other payment platforms. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their finance department and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, proactive, and fast-learning individual who can handle client communications and financial coordination with precision. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in finance-related administrative support.

Note: This is an on-site role based in Bharia Town Phase 7. The selected candidate must bring his or her own laptop.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding unpaid invoices.
• Organize and manage financial data in an efficient, structured way.
• Process payroll for internal staff and contractors.
• Calculate commissions for salespeople and consultants.
• Provide a complete breakdown of client payment statuses (paid/unpaid).
• Assist the finance department with various administrative and financial tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Stripe, Slack, and Asana (mandatory).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Must have own laptop.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad.
