Female Accountant

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Experience Required: 2–5 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable FEMALE Accountant to manage financial operations for our software company and other associated businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience handling multiple company accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports for multiple business entities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
• Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.
• Implement efficient accounting systems and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA Inter preferred).
• 2–5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience managing accounts for software or IT-based companies.
• Knowledge of digital payment systems, invoicing, and subscription billing models.
• Familiarity with financial reporting automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25.00 - Rs50.00 per month
